Well guys, I finally saw the Neurosurgeon at the Royal Free In North London, and after seeing my MRI scan he has offered me another Cervical Injection - this will be my 4th - but the first to be done while in the scanner. If this does not work for me and give me relief from the constant pain, then the next step for me is removal of the cervical disc - another operation!
I am unsure whether I want to go down that route but it is affecting my day-to-day life so mush I am not sure I can take it any more. It gets me down SO much that some days I do not even want to get out of bed! I am sick of taking painkillers to get thru my days and nights!
Oh well, another wait for treatment on the NHS.....should be done as a day patient within the next few weeks hopefully.
If you or anyone you know has had any treatment like this please tell me about it.
Come away in to my wee haven. This Blog is my journey through my crafting journey - it has changed a lot in recent years and I am going in a different direction now. Life is too short. Don't be afraid to linger and leave a comment then I can visit you too.....

Apologies for not being around
I apologise for not being here but I have been to Hell and back over the last 6 months. I had my TAH done on 5th October at UCLH- recovered well after discovering the cyst on my ovary was cancerous but thankfuly need no further treatment.
I also had a breast cancer scare last month - had my routine mammogram - my pressie from the NHS for reaching 50!) - and calcified spots were found in my right brest. I had them taken away by local anaesthetic at Edgeware Hospital last Monday and was back at the Breast Care Nurse yesterday gettin fab results - were benign!!!
All I need to do now is get my back sorted out - and I am seeing a neurosurgeon at the Royal Free at the end of next month so fingers crossed for me please.
GOOD NEWS is that Neil (my son) got married on 13 Feb at the Reid Rooms in Essex. A fab day was had by all and Michele was a beautiful bride.
I am hoping to get back into this blogging business regularly as I want to get more cards made and perhaps start selling them........watch this space.
