Dreaming....

We are having another gorgeous day here in Enfield so I have been out in the garden doing some weeding and cutting - filled 3 large sacks ready fro bin men next Thursday.

But....I had to come in and make a card so here it is....

Close up of my fab butterfly buttons I bought on a trip to Scotland - great hardware/gardening shop in Keith, Moray that sells all sorts of wooden buttons and normal ones too I think. I just looked for wooden ones.  Don't think they have a website but will check that out for sure.

 I have used one of my all time fav images - isn't she just divine sitting there dreaming of what the future holds for her - well that's what I think she is thinking about.

PMs ~ Shale, Caramel, Cinnamon, Pastel Beige, Coral, Pastel Pink, Dusky Rose, Mint Green, Apple and Marsh Green;
DPs are My Minds Eye I think and textured card is from my stash as is the twine and the scrim.

Teddy Bea Mum card

Hello again my friends - another chilly day here in Enfield.

Today's card is a wee simple one to send to my Mam with her weekly letter - I love sending and getting letters in the post so boo hoo to emails etc!!  But to those of you who do email me I appreciate them too - just that I am a traditionalist.

Ingredients:~
Teddy Bea digi image from Teddy Bo;
PMs:~ Caramel, Cinnamon, Sandstone, Shale, Pastel Blue, Cornflower and Denim Blue;
DPs are from Funky Hand's Papercraft Factory Jovial Man range;
Sissix Framelits used to cut circles;
Fineliner used for faux stitching.

Another Teddy Bea

I did warn you I had fallen in love with these fabulous bears - just don't know how many more I can afford to get right now he he!!  They are all available here at such a reasonable cost too and such a massive choice :)

Now you may think the colours I have chosen are a bit strange but don't they work a treat - orange and teal? Perfect so another pair of colours to play with again very soon....

 I wanted to add texture (for a challenge below) so have taken a pic of this CoOrdinations card I put thru my Big Shot using a gorgeous folder (think its Papermania but not 100% sure guys).

 Isn't she just adorable - can just imagine what she is sitting there day dreaming about......chocolate, boys bears, better weather...who knows?
