Well where on earth has the sunshine disappeared to?
Wherever you are in Blogland I hope your weather is better than it is here in N London today.
I have created a slightly different card today - been tidying my stash of paper scraps and came across these fab designs from Pink Petticoat - Waterfall Hearts, French Script and I am unsure what the darkest one is but certain it is also PP. I also came across my Ultra Thick Embossing Powder which my gorgeous naughty cats had knocked off my shelf during one of their battles (anyone else's tom cats (neutered) fight terribly?) so I stamped this wee free heart clear stamp then added the powder - didn't like the effect so added some black powder on top and hey presto - this is not how the professional would make it look but it is one of my happy accidents with embossing powder. I love the rustic wet look it left.
I am entering this into Crafts 4 Eternity current challenge - 3 papers.
Thanks for any comments my friends.
Not sure when I will be back - have visitors arriving Wednesday to join in Kai's First bday celebrations so happy crafting to you all and see you soon.

Hi Sheila. The heart looks really effective and lovely colours. I like how you tear up the papers and made a fab design.

ReplyDeleteOh I do like this! It's very unusual, I love the effect of the dark heart against those gorgeous papers! I do enjoy sorting my stash, it always seems to spark new ideas! The only trouble is, there's never enough time to actually make my ideas into cards!!!
