Fab'n'Funky Honour Your Mum Challenge

Over at Fab'n'Funky this week we are sponsored by the fabulous Doodle Pantry and we were very kindly given images and sentiments to play with.

I imported my chosen ones into Serif and created a 5x5 card for my Mum to let her know we are thinking of her as usual.  She lives up in the NE of Scotland and we are in London so I send her a card every week - needless to say she has a massive box full of them.

The card was created by importing a photo from our recent break in the Yorkshire Dales (this is actually the Ribble Viaduct on one of our long walks) into Serif Craft Artist Pro then adding the ever so cute image from Doodle Pantry (aren't they simply adorable) and adding frames and embellishments digitally.  While I enjoy digital crafting to some extent I do miss touching papers etc but I will persevere with it as I have hundreds of photos I would like to journal and make into scrapbook pages for the future.

Do let me know what you think of this please - bad or good I am happy for your thought.
