My second card for today is for
MamiDoodles 'Boy with Red' Challenge. I was recently a winner in a Challenge on their site and won some fabulous digi images which I will try to post on here for you to see - but do go along and see her work - it is fabulous! I have used Curtis (a freebie from the fabulous
SJ Musings. He is coloured with PMs and I have torn pearlised navy paper and red striped with my funky ruler (also inked the edges of the red with red). I wanted to keep this very simple and think I have achieved that.
Ingredients:~Curtis Freebie from SJ Musings coloured with PMs~
Ivory, Satin & Blush for skin;
Ivory & Sandstone for hair;
Shael for his sunglasses;
Pastel Blue, Duck Egg & China Blue for shorts and Poppy & Ruby for shirt etc;
All papers from stash;
Inked edges with Whispers Cherry Red Archival Ink;
Sentiment made on PC.

Excellent birthday card! love the colors! Thanks for your comment on my Halloween card, we feel like the most terrible parents in the world, that our child is scared of EVERYTHING. Truth be told when I was little I was deathly afraid of our neighborhood shoe saleseman! Balding man. Sweet as pie. I cried when we got near the store. Guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree hey?!?!
