A Little Bookworm

Hello blog friends!

I am busy today doing admin so just have a wee card to share first while I have a cuppa or two!!



My papers are from my stash that I am slowly trying to tidy up but you all know what that means - finding papers that you love to stroke so you end up keeping them and just moving them to a different stroking area!!

Here are the pencils I used - I have invested in a Class with Kit and Clowder but sadly have yet to start it and I also bought some Daler Rowney Mixed Media Paper which is supposed to work the best.

I am not 100% happy with the colouring on the new paper but it is my first attempt.  Be good to do a comparison once I have mastered the class.

    Beautiful card Sheila, I love the colouring and I think it's really good for a first attempt. I bought a K&C colouring class a while ago but I never seem to get round to doing it! Love the papers you have used too :-) Shelly x

    Great card and fab colouring Sheila! I love that image and you've coloured her beautifully. I know exactly what you mean about moving your papers... it's called rotating and most of us paper hoarders do it!

    This is lovely, Sheila! I know so many people who work in bookshops or libraries, this image would be so perfect for them. Hmmm... I think a trip to ADU is in my near future!!
