Back from my walking holiday and raring to craft......

Hello my friends.  We are back from our walking holiday and have to say I am absolutely exhausted yet wildly full of energy.  Got caught up with all the very dirty washing - walking thru fields does let lots of 'muck' on your trousers.

I have some lovely pics to share with you but no card yet but gonna spend the afternoon in my craft room so do come back later.

In total we walked 35 miles over the week, visited Settle and took the train to Carlisle, spent hours in the hot tub at our lodge and generally knackered ourselves.  But we thoroughly enjoyed the rest before our first grandchild comes along at the end of April.. Lynne and Michael have now moved into their flat together and are busy preparing their nest and she is keeping very well.  She is still working but hoping to go on Maternity Leave soon.  Working in the NHS doesn't give you much fully paid leave but they will just have to get on with it like we all do.

Hoping to catch up with you all throughout the next couple of days.
