We are having such a gorgeous spell of lovely weather here in the south. Shame it wouldn't stay as warm as this throughout the winter....
Onto my card for today....I bought a Heat Gun some time ago and have only just mastered how to use it - it was funny really as I inked each letter individually and had to do them as fast as I could so it wouldn't dry but I think my first try turned out OK. I am only entering this one into 1 challenge - Crafty Catz Chocolate/Green Challenge. I just hope I have got it in on time....
Ingredients:~
Image - can't recall where I got it but it is a digi coloured in with PMs in various colours of green & brown;
Papers are from stash;
Brad from Paperchase.
Many thanks for leaving comments - much appreciated.
Fab card. I used to be like you when I first bought the gun and the glitter was everywhere. lol.
ReplyDeleteA little tip:- put all the letters together with masking tape and stamp, etc so that you only have to stamp once and quicker too.

Well done you, it looks great.
ReplyDeleteI don't use a gun very often but I have a frined that embosses every single stamped image she stamps, It does look nice and I know you have to use a certain ink in order for it to look good, yours does and your card itself is lovely. I love tree images. Debbiexx
Hi Sheila, Love your card and I can help you with the image - it's my Spring Tree! The other images you were asking about printing out in colour - if you have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements it's possible to change the colours but I don't know about other programs. You can find my email address on my blog if you want to know more :o)
