This is the first of two posts tonight - or rather two cards. I have not been up to much today - just food shopping with a bit of help from Lynne - pushing a trolley is SO hard when your arms won't move as you want them! Using Custard from Sugar Nellie, I made this easel card to send to my dear old Mam up in Scotland - I try to send her a different card each week so she must have a helluva stash of them by now. Most of them I don't write in so she can use it herself if she wants! (I do write but I put in paper, silly!).
It is for The Sugar Bowl Challenge No 39 - theme Blue.
Ingredients:~
Custard coloured with Promarkers~
Cool Gre 1, 2, 3 & 4;
Apple for grass and a touch of cornflower for flowers;
Raffia for bows.
I think that is a fantastic idea.
ReplyDeleteI gave my mum a box of cards last year and she said you have not writen on them, No i said they are for you to use. She was thrilled, she loved the fact she could give something I made away to friends, and thats what your mum will do. How lovely.
Where in Scotland does she live?
I go to Glasgow Christmas shopping with my friend every year (this November will be our 16th year), love it up there. Debbiexx

Cute card.I just happened across your blog because of the Sugar Nellie blog and read about your degenerative disc disease. I'm from the US and have been suffering with this for years and have gone through many treatments. If you like you can contact me through my email cheribabe@gmail.com
